MISSION & HISTORY.
The Rehoboth Sampaloc Ministries (RSM) is a non-government child caring agency licensed by the Department of Social Welfare and Development. The Home is operated by Rehoboth Sampaloc Ministries, formerly known as Asian Hope Missionary Outreach of the Philippines, a non-profit relief organization originally founded in Perth, Western Australia, in 1989. It is a ministry born from a vision given by God to Bob and Barbara Morriss to provide a safe haven for destitute children in the Philippines. The Home has been operational since June 2003. In the same year, Bob and Barbara returned to Australia and resigned as ED. They remained as Honorary Members of RSM.
